As a conservative Christian school association in affiliation with the American Association of Christian Schools (AACS), SSACS offers programs and services that advance Christian schools, encourage and equip teachers and challenge students. We offer Teacher Conventions where teachers can earn Continuing Education Units, Academic and Fine Arts Competitions for students as well as Standardized Achievement Testing, and insurance programs. Through Sonshine Association of Christian Schools, our Pre- School division, we offer Pre-K accreditation necessary for Religious Exemption. We offer K-12 accreditation with North American Christian School Accrediting Association and AACS.

Dr. John C. Van Delinder, Ph. D. comes to SSACS with over 35 years of pulpit ministry. He has an earned doctorate in Religious Education and has founded and administrated Christian schools in Michigan, Indiana and Florida, as well as served as Academic Dean of a Christian college. Dr. Van Delinder has spoken internationally as well as nationally in church pulpits, mission churches, Christian college chapels, and various educational conventions, conferences and special events. He loves preaching and is available for preaching engagements for Christian schools, churches, conferences (educational, mission and evangelistic), as well as special events such as baccalaureates and banquets. Dr. Van Delinder was recently appointed by the Florida Governor to sit on the State Drug Policy Advisory Council. He is active in the protection of Christian education and family values through his involvement on both the Federal and State levels.
