American Association of Christian Schools (aacs.org)
As a national Christian School Association, AACS provides school accreditation, national fine arts competition, teacher certification, legislative representation, and a national voice for our state association. Every school that joins SSACS is also a member of AACS. Schools cannot join AACS without being a member of the state association. When seeking accreditation through AACS, schools may choose to be jointly accredited by NACSAA, NCPSA, and/or Cognia.
Sonshine Association of Christian Schools
This association is a subsidiary of Sunshine State Association of Christian Schools that is our arm for Preschool "accreditation" (Religious Exemption). Because of its history within the state, SACS was absorbed into SSACS in 2008 to provide this service for preschools and daycares that are a part of a K-12 Christian school. North American Christian School Accrediting Association (nacsaa.org)
In a joint effort between AACS and state representatives of SSACS, the North American Christian School Accrediting Association provides state and national recognition of the accreditation process through the National Council for Private School Accreditation (NCPSA).
National Council for Private School Accreditation (ncpsa.org)
NCPSA is a consortium of accrediting associations for the recognition of early childhood, elementary, and secondary private schools.
